MOV’IN by ALEXANDER TITAUA enjoys a reputation of working closely with his clients to ensure a successful outcome to a project. In order to ensure this we will provide the goods and services in accordance with the legal obligations placed on us by the law which include providing services with a reasonable level of skill and care and the goods we provide will be fit for any purpose expressly or implicitly made known to us, the goods are of a satisfactory quality, and they conform to their description.  Our standard of service will also apply to any subcontractors we use.

The Terms & Conditions mentioned here are specific only to the MOV’IN service line provided by the company Alexander Titaua. Alexander Titaua’s Terms & Conditions are not related to its MOV’IN line.

• General Terms and Conditions of MOV’IN

1. MOV’IN is a line of Interior Design services from ALEXANDER TITAUA FZ-LLC.
2. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are of the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have given us your consent to allow one of your minor dependents to use this Site.
3. We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information purposes only and should not be used or relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, complete or timely sources of information. Any reliance on the materials on this site is at your own risk.
4. MOV’IN does not carry out any trading or brokerage activities on the products offered on its website. Alexander Titaua company is an Interior Design agency that offers, through MOV’IN, a decoration service. In its MOV’IN range, Alexander Titaua’s remuneration is characterized solely through the design service.
5. If any provision of these Terms is held or becomes invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalidity or unenforceability of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
6. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

• AGREEMENT

1. 1. The headings used in this Agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or affect these Terms.

• SERVICE

1. 1. We reserve the right to request additional personal information from the customer, such as address, address 2, first name, last name, telephone number and e-mail for the proper provision of our services. We are not responsible for the late provision of services or failure to provide any part of them, if this is due to your failure to provide us with the necessary information within a reasonable time after we have requested it.

• PAYMENT & REMUNERATION

1. 1. MOV’IN by Alexander Titaua offers two different payment options. To make the payment, the customer can pay directly on the website via the payment platform or can directly contact to make a bank transfer.
   2. Alexander Titaua does not carry out any trading or brokerage activities. Alexander Titaua’s remuneration is characterized solely by the design service provided in all its activities.

• PRODUCTS

1. 1. Some products or services on our website may be limited in quantity. Based on our suppliers’ inventory, we reserve the right to provide a similar item in exchange for the item that is out of stock without prior notification to the customer.
   2. All items on our website are represented using 3D models, as close as possible to the appearance of the actual furniture we supply. However, we cannot guarantee to meet 100% of the customer’s expectations, due to the subjective perception of each customer.
   3. We do not guarantee that the appearance (design, structure, materials) or quality of any product or service will meet your expectations. We also do not guarantee that all information provided on the site is 100% true and we reserve the right to make errors.
   4. We do not warrant that the quality of the products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
   5. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

• DELIVERY

1. 1. We will notify you when we will provide the services within 2 business days of receiving payment for the order. We will begin the services on the date agreed upon with you and generally within 7-10 business days after payment reception. The estimated completion date of the services is as told to you during the ordering process.
   2. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If our provision of the Services is delayed by an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do so, we will not be responsible for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of a significant delay, you may contact us to terminate the contract and receive a refund for any services you paid for but did not receive.

• RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 1. All sales are final and non-refundable.
   2. Order cancellation can be approved at Alexander Titaua’s sole discretion within 6 hours of placing the order. We require 30 days to process the refund. The refund amount is subject to deductions of costs incurred such as transaction fees, processing fees and will be refunded to a bank account provided in the United Arab Emirates by direct bank transfer only.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. 1. Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms of Use shall not be construed against the drafting party.
   2. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alexander Titaua FZ-LLC and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees.
   3. From time to time, there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service or any related website is inaccurate at any time without notice (including after you submit your order).
   4. Alexander Titaua is not responsible for the procedures to be carried out with any structure responsible for the client’s accommodation.
   5. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS

1. 1. The customer undertakes to transmit all the documents and elements within a reasonable time necessary to allow the smooth running of the service provided by the company Alexander Titaua such as the movin permit document, the opening of the home, the plans of the home or any other related elements/documents.
   2. In case of non-compliance with its obligations, the client will be in breach of contract. This will result in the cancellation of Alexander Titaua’s obligations.

• TERMINATION

1. 1. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the date of termination shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
   2. These Terms & Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you stop using our site.
   3. If, in our sole judgment, you fail to comply, or we suspect that you have failed to comply, with any term or provision of these Terms of Use, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice to you and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
